Nutrition Foundation 12 Week Plan
Long lasting change takes time. Developing new habits around your diet and lifestyle requires belief in oneself, commitment to the goal, consistency, education, and support. I strongly believe working on mindset and self image is key to staying motivated and being successful in your health goals.
It all starts with an in-depth assessment. During this 90 minute session we dig deep into your medical history, your digestion, other health issues and environmental influences. Asking the right questions and getting to the root of your health concerns is key to making an effective plan.
In the next session we will spend one hour reviewing the foundation for your personalized program. During this time, I explain the overall approach and review the plan for the next 12 weeks.
Each week over the next 12 weeks, we will meet for 30 minutes to build on the foundational program and strategize around how to incorporate your goals into daily life. As you change, the plan will have to adapt and change. I find weekly check-ins very beneficial to keep clients on track, to problem solve, provide time for questions and for overall support.
In addition to the weekly session, I am available for questions via email or text.
Ideally I like to meet clients at least once in-person, however, this is not always possible. I am also available via phone or Zoom, whichever is your preference.
